Mr. Shaw is a co-founder of DJG and has over 30 years of experience in fund management, real estate, and media & entertainment, working at both private and publicly-listed companies. He was previously a director of Shaw Brothers, a family-held real estate and media holding company chaired by the late Sir Run Run Shaw.

He is an Economics graduate from University College London and lives in Hong Kong.

Mr. Chang is a co-founder of DJG has worked in corporate finance, private equity, and fund management for over 30 years. He has held senior positions at Arthur Andersen, BNP Paribas Peregrine, AID Partners and Mason Group Holdings, and was instrumental in establishing a number of prominent PRC finance and securities joint ventures and public sector business initiatives.

Mr Chang received a BA in Economics from Australia's Monash University and is a CPA member of ASCPA and HKCPA and lives in Hong Kong.

Mr. Wu has a decade of experience in private equity and fund management with particular focus on M&A and fund raising for family offices and companies in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Wu is a graduate of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and lives in Hong Kong.

Mr. Cheng has over a decade of corporate finance, M&A and IPO experience. Mr. Cheng previously worked at Deloitte and Donvex Capital specializing particularly in M&As and IPOs in the Greater China market.

Mr. Cheng graduated with an MBA from the University of Hong Kong and lives in Hong Kong.
